Victor Martin, Everyday Star

1 Peter 4:10 says: “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”
This is why I chose Victor Martin to be my Everyday Star. We are all called to be stewards of the gifts that God has given us. Victor is a good role model for what this stewardship should look like. He not only used his talents to become a successful architect, but also uses it in his dedication to preserving and restoring historic buildings in Northeast Indiana. Victor is also a steward with a kind heart and a generous soul. Not only is he passionate about his work, but is also committed to the community, supporting many community organizations such as local retirement communities, Come 2 Go Ministries, The Boy and Girl Scouts of America, a local mental health facility, Family and Children’s Services just to name a few. I chose the image of the Baker Street Train Station because it shows all aspects of Victor’s stewardship. It is not only a beautifully restored building, but it also serves the community in many ways.

2 Corinthians 9:11 “You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”
