My image  represents Birthday Blessings and Allison Rorick, the lady behind the organization. This nonprofit organization provides birthday parties for homeless children. These parties provide hope for kids in tough situations. Something as simple as a birthday cake can really make someone feel special, so I represented this organization with an image of a girl blowing out her birthday candle. The initiative to bring joy to children on their birthday is really admirable. My painting is an attempt to capture the vision of that joy.
